Cleaner Concentrate for Suppressors. Breaks down and removes carbon build with in suppressors. Safe on all metals and coatings. Ammonia free.
Will break down carbon but depends on the layer of build up. The length of time needed to soak depends on the carbon build up within the suppressor. Start at 4-5 hours and increase if more time is needed. Cleaning on a regularly schedule may shorten the soak period time. Using our proven Suppressor Syrup reduces the carbon bonding which decreasing cleaning time even more.
Serviceable Suppressor: Two options:
1. For non-flow through design, use our Suppressor Plugs that fits each end of the suppressor. Plug one end, fill with Concentrate leaving room to insert the second plug. Let sit for 4-5 hours, longer if needed. Suppressors that can be disassembled, remove a plug and pour the cleaner into container large enough to scrub the internal parts of the suppressor with a copper or stainless brush. Once satisfied, rinse with water, dry then assemble using our Suppressor Syrup as per instructions.
Sealed Suppressor: Same as above then drain the fluid, rinse, let dry, apply Suppressor Syrup as per instructions.
2. Ultrasonic and Submersion Use: Our Concentrate is ideal for submersion or ultrasonic machines for all suppressor especially Flow Through style. Get this, most suppressors will fit in a plastic wide mouth tall beverage bottle. See photo. ??
Dilution Ratio: Filled Suppressor or Submerged: un-diluted. Ultrasonic 5:1 – 10:1 For best efficiency and performance, use distilled water. Hard water can affect all cleaners performance.
